This is the privacy statement of SPRO nv, a fishing tackle wholesaler and developer. There are events your data is collected by SPRO nv. Personal data is collected for a number of purposes by SPRO nv. These are explained below.
A. Contacting us
Your data is being collected when you contact SPRO nv by email.
B. Analytics
Websites from SPRO nv, www.spro.eu, www.gamakatsu.eu, www.strategycarp.eu and www.fishcresta.eu, hereinafter refered to as ‘websites from SPRO nv, collect your data to improve the websites. This is done with Google Analytics. These data are anonymous and are therefore not tied to your personal data. Think of information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit frequently. All data will only be processed with your explicit consent.
3. Recipients
The email that SPRO nv receives and processes from you is hosted by Magna Cura Automatisering. If you contact us via email, these relevant emails will be stored on the servers of Magna Cura Automatisering.
4. Storage duration
Your data will be retained by SPRO nv for a longer period of time, but never longer than necessary for carrying out activities, unless we have to keep your data for longer because of legal reasons.

The data that Analytics collects on the websites of SPRO nv are anonymous, therefore not linked to your name, company or email address. This data is stored within Google Analytics for an indefinite period.
5. Security
No physical copies of your personal data will be made. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data that is managed by SPRO nv or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed via the above software and is protected by a password and if possible with encryption.
The devices that open your data are each protected with a password and / or fingerprint access. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to necessary devices.
